Psychosexual Coaching sessions typically last an hour. We begin with some simple guided breathing to help you turn your attention away from what is happening in your daily life, and onto what is happening in you. A dialogue can then unfold, which may take us deeper into verbal enquiry, and/or into an embodied enquiry – via breath, awareness, and embodiment techniques and visualisations. Your session is a safe and confidential container, lovingly held so that you can fully explore and express anything that arises for you. On closing, I usually assign “homeplay” in the form of practices or techniques to try at home.
Sessions cost £50 online via Zoom, or £70 in person.
Concessions are available for clients on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, and for ecological and human rights activists.

I agree to state any boundaries or needs that I have clearly during the session, and to respect the boundaries of my therapist; I know that failure to do so may lead to termination of my session without return of payment. I hereby release Rowan and their associates from responsibility for any damages that may arise as a result of my pursuing sex coaching. I agree that if I cancel my appointment less than 72 hours before it is scheduled, or do not show up, I must pay for the session unless advised otherwise. I affirm that the answers I have given above are the truth in so far as I am aware.
